A Life Rebuilt - with Belonging & Steadiness

Who I Am

I’m Sissel — a coach specializing in Micro‑Steps, Scandinavian wellness, and supported self‑coaching.

I help women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or in transition find steadiness and belonging again — one gentle step at a time.

My Story

I grew up with the quiet strength of Nordic living — simplicity, honesty, nature, and the belief that life doesn’t need to be dramatic to be meaningful.

I’ve walked through burnout, reinvention, grief, and rebuilding.

What stayed with me is this: small steps change everything.

My own healing was shaped by community, care, and the people who walked with me — and that’s the energy I bring into my work.

My Approach

I blend:

  • Micro‑Steps — tiny, doable actions that rebuild trust and momentum Scandinavian wellness — clarity, calm, and grounded living

  • Supported self‑coaching — gentle tools that help you reflect and move forward

  • No pressure.

  • No overwhelm.

  • Just one clear step at a time.

Why I Do This

Because life is not meant to be survived — it’s meant to be lived with steadiness, belonging, and a sense of self you can trust.

And sometimes all a person needs is a quiet place to begin again

Viking‑Woman Wisdom

My work is shaped by the quiet strength of the women I come from — the Viking‑women who carried families, communities, and themselves with clarity and a grounded presence.

Their way of living — practical, resilient, and intentional — is the foundation of how I understand well‑being today.

I bring that lineage into my work through small steps, steady habits, and a calm, courageous approach to everyday life.

Viking women lived with a strength that was steady, not loud; rooted, not forceful.

  • They ran households, farms, and communities.

  • They traveled.

  • They owned property.

  • They divorced freely.

  • They held spiritual authority.

This lineage shaped how I understand well‑being:

  • That strength can be soft

  • That clarity can be quiet

  • That rhythm and intention matter more than perfection

  • And that courage often looks like simply beginning again

I bring this wisdom into modern life through grounded habits, gentle rituals, and the inner steadiness that grows from knowing who you are and where you come from.
